New Stansted Stop For Terravision & Kings Cross Terminus
Following the situation announced earlier this month, Stansted Airport had asked Terravision, the low-cost airport shuttle company, to move out of Stansted Airport and were forced to move services away from the terminal.
The move lead to fury and a backlash of anger by customers on the companies social media pages and to the airport, with airport staff supposedly advising customers that Terravision had closed down and they would need to pay again, others have said no information was provided and in some instances coaches just failed to show up.
The operator has since posted on Facebook that the Stansted service will now pickup and drop off in the Stansted Airport Bus Station at Bay 11 & 12 directly outside the terminal building.
Now in a further blow to passengers the operator has posted a note on it's website stating...
But there isn't any explanation as it why which has lead to angry would be passengers taking to the operators Facebook page to vent their frustrations and demand refunds.
Any passengers booked to travel on Terravision Stansted services who are concerned should not worry, Terravision continues to operate, and has certainly not closed down and is taking actions to work towards bringing this service back on track. From what we know, the majority of this issue is down to Stansted Airport and passengers should be re-assured that they can book lowcost coach travel to/from the airport and central London.
