Armed Police Storm National Express Coach

Passengers have been shocked after armed police raid their coach in Norwich.

Earlier this week, passengers on a National Express service from London Victoria to Great Yarmouth were quickly evacuated by armed police outside a Travelodge when a "suspicious package" was found.

A passenger onboard the bus had alerted the police to a suspicious package and when police stormed the bus on Monday demanding an immediate evacuation they asked for the passenger who called them to raise their hand and make themself known to police.

The area was cordoned off with the Southbound carriageway of Queens Road whilst the incident took place, police questionned to passengers on the coach but it was later found that the package was "not suspicious" and nobody was arrested.
