easyBus is a UK based airport express mini coach service providing scheduled mini coaches between London and it's airports. It's part of the easyGroup and first commenced services in 2003. Some easyBus services are run in partnership with National Express, Greenline and Airport Bus Express.

Passengers are entitled to 1 medium sized suitcase and 1 small piece of hand baggage. Subject to space, passengers can pre-book an extra seat for an additional item of baggage.

easyBus uses a range of Mercedes & Optare mini coaches with comfortable seats.

On easyBus, due the design and sign of the coaches, passengers must be able to sit in the seats onboard and can not use their own wheelchair/seat for the journey, easyBus can not carry wheelchairs as luggage. Unfortunately as the mini coaches are 19 seaters, they are exempt from the Public Service Vehicles Accessibility Regulations 2000 which only applies to vehicles of 22 or more seats. If this affects you we suggest using National Express or Green Line. On Luton to/from Central London services, easyBus work with National Express and passengers can contact them (see National Express page by clicking here) to book assistance. On journeys run by Airport Bus Express passengers should contact them (see Airport Bus Express page by clicking here) to book assistance.

Refunds are not permitted on any easyBus ticket, if you purchased online you can cancel the ticket and receive a credit minus 50% of the value of the ticket which is then valid to use on a new ticket within 12 months. If you wish to change your booking made online, it can be done up to the day prior to travel. A cancellation/admin. fee will apply to all changes, the charge will be 50% of the value of the ticket. You can do this via the easyBus website you book through.
