ABOUT
Eurolines is a long distance coach providing international coach services across Europe.It operates a transnational network, connecting 600 destinations, covering the whole of Europe, plus Morocco. It was founded in 1985. Eurolines is a network of 29 co-operating coach companies from all over Europe offering partially integrated ticketing and extensive connections, rather than a single company. They all operate under the Eurolines brand. Eurolines is based in Brussels. The current operator of Eurolines branded UK routes is Transdev.

LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
You can take one or two medium sized suitcase or rucksacks with you and these will be stored securely in the hold. They should be no more than 70(h) x 30 (w) x 45cm (d). Luggage allowances may vary by service and you should check individual timetables for full details. You are also allowed one small piece of hand luggage which you can carry onboard. This should fit in the over head rack or under your seat.

YOUR JOURNEY
Coaches vary between different countries but those operated for Eurolines in the UK & Ireland (by National Express in England, Scotland & Wales, Ulsterbus in Northern Ireland and Bus Eireann in Republic of Ireland) are a fleet of modern comfortable coaches with onboard toilets and free wifi to keep you connected throughout your journey on some services. Additionally on London to Paris routes you can get priority boarding allowing you the chance to board first and choose your favourite seat.

PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES
Passengers with disabilities should book their assistance at least 36 hours Unfortunately coaches on the European network are not fully wheelchair accessible therefore Eurolines can only carry wheelchairs that can be stored in the hold and customers need to be able to walk onto the coach themselves with only light assistance

CHECKIN
Passengers travelling from London Victoria must checkin with Eurolines upto 1 hour before departure and no later than 15 minutes before departure when checkin will close. Passengers must have their tickets, baggage and passports or ID cards ready to checkin. They will then be issued with a boarding card and luggage labels which should be attached to baggage. Check-in time at other UK & Ireland departure points is 30 minutes before departure and sometimes done by your driver.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & AMEND TICKETS
The date or time of your Eurolines ticket can be modified up to 6 hours prior to travel. An amendment fee of €8 will apply. The city of departure and arrival cannot be changed.

Please note that an excess fare may also be charged where a higher fare category applies. If you are in this situation, you will be informed by our agent before confirming the amendment.
